Mr Kamal has a vast experience of more than 3 decades in the steel manufacturing Industry and has been instrumental in getting the Bhuwalka Premier Group from its humble beginnings in 1987 to the turnover of US$ 200 million in the year 2020-21. His clear vision for growth without compromising on the core values of business ethics and quality has helped the group to become a pioneer in the industry today.

He set-up Bhuwalka Castings & Forging Pvt Ltd in 2006 and faced numerous challenges including stiff competition from the Chinese flooding the market with cheap castings. But his undeterred passion and problem solving ability has made Bhuwalka Castings today a leading supplier of heavy castings in the Indian market.

Mr Akshay joined the Bhuwalka Premier Group in 2016 after completing his post-graduation from Purdue University, USA in MSc Business & Entrepreneurship and since then he has helped modernize the outlook and functioning of the business. He has taken the lead in successfully implementing ERP across the entire organization for transparency and efficiency in business processes. Akshay has also started trading business in the middle east and has contributed to a topline growth of over US$ 5 million very shortly to the group.

In Bhuwalka Castings, he has implemented various innovations such as auto reporting of castings status to every customer without any human intervention, this has brought a great deal of transparency to the customers.
