Pattern Shop
Our in-house pattern shop produces and maintains the tooling that shapes every casting — from CNC-machined thermocole patterns for the Full Mould process to precision repair of conventional wooden and aluminium patterns, all verified for dimensional accuracy before they reach the moulding line.
- CNC routers — in-house manufacture of thermocole patterns used in the Full Mould (Lost Foam) process.
- 3D scanner — for analysing the dimensional accuracy of every thermocole pattern.
- Pattern repair & maintenance — for wooden and aluminium patterns used in the sand casting process.
